GENERAL CONDITIONS
These are general hotel policies for Creta Palm Resort Hotel & Apartments.
As these may vary depending on room type, please also check the room description.

ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
You may request additional supplements/services/etc, from within the request form.
Any additional supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

MEAL PLANS
Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Half-Board is an extra cost and can be requested via the Online Booking Engine, or during your stay at the hotel.

PETS
Pets are not allowed.


DEPOSIT - PAYMENT DEPOSIT VIA BOOKING ENGINE
For all booking requests, a 30% deposit is required in order for the reservation to be valid.
During your booking procedure through our Online Booking Engine, your Credit Card details will be requested in order to be charged for the deposit amount of 30% of the total stay cost.
Once we have received your Credit Card details, you will be charged within 3 days (30% of booking stay total).

All bookings are in “pending” situation until we have received your deposit for the specified booking.
NO booking is considered “confirmed” until we have received a deposit or full payment of the booking made.


REMAINING PAYMENT
You will be requested to pay remaining amount for booking (full amount minus deposit) upon your arrival to the hotel.
Payment can be made by cash or by credit card.

CANCELLATION / BOOKING MODIFICATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE

Cancellation – No Show
Please note: if a booking is cancelled, or in case of no-show, the deposit of the reservation will not be refunded.

Early Departure
In the case of early departure from the hotel, you will be charged the full amount as per your initial booking reservation.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Your personal and Credit Card details are handled using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. SSL uses an encryption protocol to ensure that your data are protected and cannot be seen or used by third parties. All credit card details are handled by a Secure Payment System that has a digital certificate for security.

Creta Palm Hotel does not retain any credit card details, which are handled according to the Greek Law and only for the purpose of completing the necessary on -line transactions.

When you decide to proceed to a booking, then your personal information is sent to the hotel, which uses them according to the Greek Law only to ensure proper delivery of booking services. Your personal information cannot be published or disclosed to third parties without your written consent.


GENERAL QUESTIONS
Are taxes included in the room rates?
Yes, pricing information provided by our online Reservation System is final and inclusive of all taxes. However, this DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional supplements (such as restaurant, bar or telephone calls). The hotel will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-out.

Do I have to pay the room in advance?
A deposit amount is due in order to make your reservation final.

What types of credit card are accepted?
Visa , MasterCard

I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a Room?
If you do not want to use our Secure Payment System you can also pay be Bank Deposit.

How do I know that my ONLINE reservation is confirmed?
You will receive an email stating that your reservation has been confirmed.
You may also receive a telephone from our hotel.

Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?
Yes, please visit our contact page.

I have booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation. What do I have to do?
Please contact us immediately.

How can I cancel or change my booking?
Please contact with us concerning this matter.

How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?
You will receive an email stating that your reservation has been cancelled.


We reserve the right to change, amend, add or delete any terms, conditions and notices under which this site is offered. Any changes made will be officially dated and shall therefore not effect any action or claim initiated prior to the date of said changes.
